Rustic Barn Wedding Invitations for that Country Bride that loves a little bling!

Barns can be magical places for a wedding.

With a little imagination you can literally transform this huge area to suit your wedding needs.

Barns often hold all sorts of treasures and bring back fond memories of a simpler time.

I know all across America there are rustic barns everywhere waiting for you to have your wedding there.

We found a great venue list for you to check out to help you!

Now when designing a wedding invitation for this theme I was immediately inspired.

I love all the elements of natural distressed and aged wood. I grew up in a very small Illinois town that had barns everywhere, maybe that's why I think wood is just so darn cool. I couldn't drive down the road without seeing them and seeing a different one that was built structurally different.

"Wood is just timeless and each piece tells a story with its lifelines. I just think that is way too cool."

Oftentimes there can be found metal items in the barn as well which I incorporated into the design. I loved adding rustic elements of the wood and metal together and played around with the distressing and aging on them.

You can see this in the center heart element.

And always one for glam and some chic elements, I added some sunflower buttons, metal grommets, and other fancy elements over the tan leather strip that holds the heart. Of course I couldn't leave the heart out, so I adorned its shape with Crystal rhinestones for the "bling bling" effect all gals love.

All items are digital of course, but I have had many brides ask if those items are real. I use 2 professional programs to draw and texture all items on my designs and just know that you will be amazed at the detail of the invitations!

Not to be forgotten is a light burlap background with subtle lace overlay on iy and fancy white lace at its edges. A very beautiful rustic barn wedding stationery suite that will knock your boots off with all its detailing.
